Your goods will be shipped soon after your payment is confirmed. It takes around 30 days for shipping. Our sales representative will send a collection notice to you after goods arrive. Then you can take the collection notice to collect them at our warehouse. Please make sure to collect in 90 days after goods arrive, otherwise the goods will be taken by warehouse with no refund to you.

All international purchases include shipping costs but with local deliveries the shipping cost is excluded . Customers have the main option to either self-collection at our pickup point or can opt for delivery via Courier/paxi but note that the delivery fee paid vaires based on your location .

Please check the goods on site before you leave RBL warehouse. If you find any problem, please contact your sales representative immediately to solve it. We may offer a refund or reship the goods after negotiating with you.
