Your goods will be shipped soon after your payment is confirmed. It takes around 30 days for shipping. Our sales representative will send a collection notice to you after goods arrive. Then you can take the collection notice to collect them at our warehouse. Please make sure to collect in 90 days after goods arrive, otherwise the goods will be taken by warehouse with no refund to you.

Our prices include international shipping costs, but local delivery charges are not covered. Customers can choose to collect their parcels at our pickup point or opt for delivery via Courier or Paxi. Please note that delivery charges will vary depending on your location.

Please check the goods on site before you leave RBL warehouse. If you find any problem, please contact your sales representative immediately to solve it. We may offer a refund or reship the goods after negotiating with you.
