PLACING ORDERS

Where is my order? How can I track the status of my order?

We'll not update the status of your order before goods arrive. You can contact us to inquire about it when you want to ask. Unfortunately, our customer care team doesn't have the possibility to speed up the delivery. We will send collection notices after goods arrive.

Why was my order canceled?

Payment hasn’t been received: If your payment is not received, our sales will contact you to pay check and pay again. If you do not pay in time, your order will be canceled.
There was an inventory error: Although we do our best to ensure our stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase, there are instances where they are unable to locate the item in the warehouse. If this happens, you will receive a notification that your item/order has been canceled and you will be refunded.

Can I change or edit my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to it.

Can I cancel my order?

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled.

What happens if my order is not at warehouse when I arrive?

Please contact your sales to arrange refund or reshipping.

What will happen to my order if it's not collected in time?

If your order is not collected in 90 days after goods arrive, the warehouse will take your goods with no refund to you.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?

Yes. Please share your collection notice to the person who helps collecting.

Can I choose door-to-door delivery?

No.

What if the goods I receive is not what I order, or what if there is quality problem?

Please check the goods on site before you leave RBL warehouse. If you find any problem, please contact your sales immediately to solve it. We might send refund or reship the goods after negotiating with you.
