Inset the bar into the abdominal wheel sleeve then Insert the pin into the hole of the bar and wheel;
Connect the bar with front and rear bracket and tighten the nuts.
Wipe the floor clean with a damp towel, then press down the suction cup to the floor.
Connect the resistance band with the rear bracket, and connect the handle with the other side of the resistance band.
